- Take a large, well-ripened mango. I have already cleaned it with water.
- You will need:
- Half a cup of sugar
- One cup of milk powder
- Half a cup of cream
- Small pieces of mango
- One glass of milk
- First, peel the mango and remove its skin.
- Extract the pulp from the mango and place it in a bowl.
Now, let’s blend everything together:
- Take a large mixer jar.
- Add sugar, mango pulp, milk powder, and cream to the jar.
- You can use store-bought fresh cream or homemade fresh cream.
- Add one glass of milk.
- Blend all these ingredients very well to make a smooth and fine paste.
- The paste should be thick, not too thin.
- Pour the blended mixture into a container.
- I am using an empty vanilla ice cream container.
- You can use any airtight container.
- Optionally, add small mango pieces on top of the mixture.
- Close the lid of the container tightly and place it in the freezer overnight (for 12 to 13 hours) to set completely.
- The next morning, check the ice cream. It should be well set.
- Serve the ice cream.
- It looks great and tastes delicious.
