Pooris:

  1. In a bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, grated potatoes, onion, garlic, ginger, green chilies, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, carom seeds, salt, dried fenugreek leaves, and chopped coriander leaves.
  2. Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough.
  3. Cover the dough and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll them into round poori shapes.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and fry the pooris until golden brown.
  6. Place the pooris on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

Onion Parathas:

  1. In a bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, chopped onion, green chili, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  2. Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough.
  3. Cover the dough and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll them into round paratha shapes.
  5. Heat a griddle and cook the parathas on both sides until golden brown.
  6. Serve the parathas hot with chutney or yogurt.
