Ingredients:

  • Rusks (small ones)
  • Some fruits (cashews, almonds, ground)
  • Melon seeds

  • Powdered milk
  • Custard powder
  • 1 liter full cream milk
  • Sugar

Method:

  1. Take the rusks in a bowl. Layer them with a mix of fruits.
  2. Heat the milk until it boils.
  3. Mix the custard powder with a little water until smooth.
  4. Once the milk boils, add the custard mixture to the milk and mix well.
  5. Add powdered milk to the mixture and cook for 15-20 minutes until it thickens.
  6. Add sugar according to your taste and cook for a few more minutes.
  7. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
  8. Once cooled, pour the mixture over the layered rusks and fruits, spreading it evenly.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours to set properly.
